Secondary Suites allows you to choose a secondary suite from our stock models, have it tailored to your specific site and have a set of design and construction drawings produced, obtain the necessary permits and cost estimates and start construction.
We can be involved in the process from start to finish. Alternatively, after the DP phase you may continue with your own contractor. Either way we offer the full or partial services required to have a secondary suite tailored to, and built on your site.
Each secondary suite has been designed by an architect, intern architect or designer who receives a royalty for their design with each purchase.
This allows emerging designers the opportunity to be involved with the design build process and have a more immediate impact on neighbourhood development. Most importantly, it gives the client access to progressive design.
